Refund policy
Refund Policy – Laura’s Print Shop
Effective date: July 01, 2025
Because most of our products are custom made & printed to order, refund rules are different than regular retail items. Please read the policy below before placing an order.
1) Custom print orders (uploads, posters, documents, photos)
All custom print orders are final sale once production has started. This includes (but is not limited to) document printing, photo printing, poster printing, banners, business cards, & any job where you upload a file or request custom specifications.
We do not offer refunds for :
· Customer uploaded files that are low resolution , blurry , pixelated , or poor quality.
· Spelling or design errors in the customer’s file.
· Color differences caused by screen vs print (monitors/phones vary).
· Incorrect size or paper choice selected at checkout.
· Orders not picked up within 7 days (unless you contact us).
2) When we will reprint or refund
If we made a mistake , we will make it right. You may qualify for a free reprint or a refund if:
· We printed the wrong size , wrong paper , or wrong quantity
· The print has a clear defect (streaks , major banding , severe color issue , cutting error ) that is not caused by the file.
· You received the wrong order.
3) How to request help
To request a reprint or refund, email us at printwithlaura@gmail.com with:
· Your order number.
· Photos of the issue ( & packaging if shipped)
· A short description of what’s wrong
We may ask you to return the item ( if shipped ) or bring it back to the store for inspection.
4) Cancellations
· You may cancel an order only if production has not started.
· Once printing/processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
5) Pickup Inspection
· We recommend checking your order at pickup.
6) Deposits & design services
· Any design, editing, or setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.
· If you approve a proof or confirm printing instructions, you are confirming the job is ready to print.
7) Shipping issues
If your order is damaged in shipping, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will assist with a replacement or claim where applicable.
